Unfortunately, I was disappointed with how our experience working with Todd Martin ended. At the beginning, Todd was great at communicating, and we were very happy with the support we received. As the process moved forward, however, communication noticeably declined. I often found myself having to reach out for updates, and there were few times when follow-ups were forgotten. The biggest disappointment was our closing day. Todd did not show up and later apologized, explaining that he had forgotten about the closing because he was busy. Closing on our home was a huge milestone for my family, so this was extremely disappointing. I appreciate the help Todd provided early in the process, but I expected consistent communication and support all the way through closing. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. I’m not looking for a follow-up call or further discussion. I simply wanted to share my experience so other potential clients can make an informed decision.
